We are committed to excellence and the full satisfaction of our customers. Each map is printed custom for you. We operate this way to be both kind to the environment (no waste) and this ensures that we can always ship our customers crisp and brand new prints.
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING: 2-20 business days.
Be assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.
1. SHIPPING
All orders for our products are processed and shipped out in 2-5 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct.
If your shipping address was entered incomplete or incorrect, we are unfortunately not able to change if before it ships out. Once you receive your tracking number, you, as the receiver, can contact the shipping carrier and complete or correct the address.

3. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Orders that are deemed undeliverable and sent back to us will be sent to the customer using a different address once the customer has paid a $13 shipping charge.
4. LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to the local authorities.
You may qualify for a complimentary replacement order once we've received a copy of a filed police report claiming the package was stolen. Please note that there will be a shipping fee.
5. IMPORT DUTY AND TAXES
It is the customer's responsibility to pay any duties charged by the import country. As each country has their own import rules and regulations, you are responsible for any customs fees or taxes charged to import your order.
