Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If you received a damaged item, notify us at support@caribbeanmapart.com within 72 hours of delivery and we will happily replace the damaged items with the same shipping as per the original order. Please include well-lit images detailing the damage to qualify for replacements. For the quickest assistance, please also include your order number.

If you received the wrong item, please send us an image of the print you received in error within 72 hours of receipt and we will ship you the correct print within 2-5 business days. Wrongly sent prints will be replaced and sent with our standard level of shipping.

Returns / Exchanges

Due to the nature of our custom fulfilment process, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time.

Orders that are deemed undeliverable and sent back to us will be sent to the customer using a different address once the customer has paid a $13 shipping charge.

Orders that have not been delivered after 21 business days in transit will be resent to the original address at no charge to the customer.

Refunds

Due to the delicate nature of this product, we are unable to process refunds for reasons other than receiving the wrong item or a damaged one.
