ABOUT OUR PRINTS
What size are your prints?
We offer our prints in the following sizes:
In inches: 8" x 10" (small) / 12" x 18" (medium) / 18" x 24" (large) / 24" x 36" (x-large)
In cm: 20.32 x 25.4 cm (small) / 30.48 x 20.32 cm (medium) / 20.32 x 60.96 cm (large) / 60.96 x 91.44 cm (x-large)
Please know that each print is hand produced and there may be up to a 1/5" tolerance in the size of the prints you receive.
Do you offer framed prints?
Regrettably, frames are not currently part of our product offering. Be sure to check back later for any updates.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
What is a digital download?
A digital download is a file version of the design and not a physical product. It is usually a PDF, JPG or PNG file. Digital printables mean you can print out in the comfort of your own home, at your own convenience and as many times as you like.
How do I receive my files?
After purchase, you will receive a secure link where you can access your files at any time. Just download, print and enjoy! As our artworks come in multiple sizes, you will receive a compressed zip file.
What sizes are in my digital download file?
You will receive 3 files that allows you to print on various sized paper. For more information on file sizes and how it works, please refer to our Digital download guide.
SHIPPING AND PROCESSING
How much is shipping?
We have a Worldwide Flat Rate of $7.99 USD.
Free shipping when you buy two prints or more.
How are prints packaged for shipment?
In order to minimise damage in transport, we ship all of our prints rolled in sturdy cardboard tubes.
What is your order processing time?
Each map is printed custom for you! We generally aim to process orders within 2-5 business days of receipt of payment.
How can I check the status of my order?
You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been shipped out.
I entered the wrong shipping address
One of the unique aspects of our product line is that we don’t hold any stock. We operate this way to be both kind to the environment (no waste) and this ensures that we can always ship our customers brand new, custom-printed orders. We want to ship your order as quickly as we can and we begin printing orders almost immediately once we receive them.
If your shipping address was entered incomplete or incorrect, we are unfortunately not able to change if before it ships out. Once you receive your tracking number, you, as the receiver, can contact the shipping carrier and complete or correct the address.
If you are having trouble with this process, please contact us at support@caribbeanmapart.com once you've received a response from the shipping provider.
My order arrived damaged
If you received a damaged item, please notify us at support@caribbeanmaprt.com within 72 hours of delivery and we will happily replace the damaged items with the same shipping as per the original order. Please include well-lit images detailing the damage to qualify for replacements. For the quickest assistance, please also include your order number.
I've changed my mind about my order
In order to be kind to the environment as well as ensure you get crisp, bright and fresh prints, each and every order is printed with love, just for you. Due to the nature of our custom fulfillment process, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time. We do guarantee shipment of your order and so if there is any damage to your order, please email us with photos of the damage and we will replace your order right away.
Who pays import fees?
It is the customer's responsibility to pay any duties charged by the import country. As each country has their own import rules and regulations, you are responsible for any customs fees or taxes charged to import your order.
